Nice editing job Chris. In the last couple of minutes I thought I heard some doubling up of voices, however … but only for a brief moment … and then it ended abruptly.
After listening to that I should slightly correct what I said in the basic research discussion … the example of Bell Labs I brought up was not the best since they got huge amounts of gov’t funding and weren’t solely privately funded. Minor point perhaps, but figured I’d take the opportunity to correct myself.
This was fun to listen to … captured the afternoon nicely with the clinking glasses and laughter in the background. Thanks for doing it!

I like how Sandra drops the F-bomb a couple times in there — evidently a lively session. It was wise to have a few beers BEFORE recording — some funny moments.
As Brian points out, there is some overlap at the end: Chris’s post-production recording “ending” the podClast overlapping with the (multiple) conversations, which then continue for ~2 more minutes.

Callan, hmm…. Like I said at GSA, not sure I like my performance at all!

Any idea when the next episode will be up? I pulled it out of my iTunes because I thought the feed had gone dead.
