What I do not grasp, yet, is what exactly you want the podcasts to cover (or maybe I overlook something on your blog). I think you need to formulate more exactly what you and others will be podcasting about otherwise you are running the risk of loosing sight of your goals. I'd sure like to see and listen to them though once it get's going! :) It sounds like a fascinating idea.
